Comments: Using some smaller Ventrue and larger Ventrue and Toreador with
titles, this combination voting/bleed deck is fairly typical of a presence/dominate deck.
It is rather top-heavy, but this should be adequately offset by the superior pool-gain
abilities of the deck.
