1er. report of the national encounter of autonomies kuaxee

With this official notice we give beginning to the pursuit that will be becoming to the encounter of autonomies, of while the 28 of August we will present/display in the meeting of the commission of pursuit of the CNI the taken agreements, so that also of pursuit to such.

When the last one in the agreements in the plenary one was
approved began to walk the commitment to make reality all the agreed
one. Then this celebration by the autonomy gave rise to the
other celebration where the dance fortified the encounter of men and
women of the city and mountains: reality became which was said
in the table of the young people: “ let us look for
the form to join the meter with the donkeys, the buildings with
cerros”, the joy of platicar our problems and finding them
solutions to us affluent deserved many laughter and a good dance.

For many it began before the meeting, preparing the
dining rooms, the dormitories, the houses for the work, the baths, to
bring the roof rack, to try the dances, to do totopo, to espulgar

For the General CGT(Congreso of the Work) of Spain, Union of
Carriers of the DF; Union of Health Section 35; Union of
the 3 Powers of the State; students of the UNAM, the
UEM(Universidad of the State of Mexico), Chiapas organization Open
File; SIPAZ, communitarian Radios of the DF Azcapotzalco,
Authorities of Xochixtlahuaca, Guerrero, Natives Purépechas de
Michoacán; Citizen Advice Unidalgense; movement by La Paz
with Justice and Dignity; Authorities of Santa Cruz Nundaco;
natives of the CIPO-RFM, Veracruz; of UNITONA Union of
Natives Totonacas and Náhuatl) of Puebla, among other guests,
everything began day twenty raising and lowering mountains to arrive
at the town “cara of luna” - Nuyoo- and of there to
Plan of Zaragoza. That day we spoke of the form in which we
would work the following days. As we were indigenous people of
different creeds, nations, civil organizations, of human rights,
union, mass media, feministas, young person and guest of France,
Germany, Spain, the U.S.A.. Between all we decided to work in 7
tables of work that left their word, its problems that live in the
attempt to practice their autonomy.

Table 1: UNION AUTONOMIA. It
worked the subject related to the construction of the union autonomy
and the problems that they have faced in this process of construction.
Some in the most important agreements were: a) to make
Encuentro de Union Autonomi'a in the city of Oaxaca, during the second
fortnight of March of the 2005; b) to maintain permanent contact
with different unions to continue interchanging experiences in the
construction of the union autonomy; c) to impel the autonomy in
the facts in all the unions; d) to coordinate actions for the
defense of the autonomic processes.
Table 2: ESPIRITUALIDAD And AUTONOMY; This table was of most controversial by two circumstances: the subject was approached for the first time as so and second it were by the diversity of participants, because in her they participated Buddhist, Islamistas, Protestants and Catholics. From a principle I make the necessity clear to make to a side the religious subject, because according to we have observed like millenarian indigenous communities, the religions have come to divide to us and to impose a form to think to us and to believe different from ours. Made the explanations we got to conclude that the espiritualidad is something deeper than a religious belief because goes of the hand with the spirit, the dreams, hopes, beliefs, cosmovisión, etc. Between the different agreements they are: a) to try that the religious sects do not prevent the organization of our communities, does not damage their communitarian life; b) to platicar but thoroughly in the communities on which it is the espiritualidad, as it are expressed, like aid in the construction of autonomies.
IT PULLS 3: The:nos AUTONOMIA and COMMUNITARIAN LIFE we asked as they are the elements of the communitarian life, that we make to fortify it, cuale are the alos risks and dangers that we faced.
IT PULLS 4: THE WAYS OF THE AUTONOMY. Here we met most of the communities and organizations to platicar the ways that each one has made to construct, to support and to fortify the autonomy. Among other agreements planning the necessity to give continuity to the encounter and to call to the accomplishment of the second national encounter.
IT PULLS 5: COMMUNICATION And AUTONOMY: Them story that had here of everything, the Guetza
radio accompanied to us with its programming and transmitted
interviews of the assistants. I am spoken nonsingle of radio,
but also of the communitarian transport type suburban, light trucks of
redilas, taxis, etc., and of how these are attacked by the great
companies like the SOUTH, I ACCEPT, Cristóbal Columbus and of how
they are facing the monopoly. Clear that also agreements were
taken important: a) to make in the month of September a factory
for the communitarian radios of Oaxaca. b) Accomplishment
of a diagnosis of the situation of the transport; c) That
the CNI summons to the accomplishment of a national mass media
encounter.

then if, here we found women of different communities,
platicamos on problems that we faced in our communities and the other
sides, the relation between the fight of the woman and the community,
thus like many reflections on if we are independent or no, of that we
are independent, or on concepts like equality, control. One
remembered: a) to make the encounter of women.
IT PULLS 7: JOVENES And AUTONOMIA: Present youth assumed with great responsibility the work of its table. It reflected on the importance of these generation to face the today problems and to prepare themselves for the morning. They centered its efforts in defining an agenda of discussion like young people in a specific event to be made in the month of April del 2005 in some community of Oaxaca.
