Platform of fight, Main Strategies and Possible Joint operations
The delegates and delegates of the popular organizations of the different countries Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and El Salvador that we were reunited in the National University of El Salvador days 19, 20 and 21 of Julio 2004, reflecting on the different subjects from the Vto forum of the mesoamericanos towns we considered to give to pursuit to this process through the following strategies and central actions; against the neoliberal policies impelled by international the financial organisms, the OMC through its ominous projects like TLC, ALCA, Plan Puebla Panama, understanding that such they have brought and they will bring like consequences, greater endeudadamiento, poverty, unemployment hunger misery and operation, marginalization of our towns. And to articulate to us as a Mesoamérica united in the fight organized in the exposition in the permanent denunciation and the action.
Platform of fight:
1. To fight against the terror and expansionism
policies that impel North American imperialism and its allies against
the mesoamericanos towns; Colombia, Cuba, Venezuela, Haiti,
Palestine and Iraq
2. To fight by the life and the sovereignty of the
Mesoamericanos towns being faced the domination and the expressed
institutionalized violence in the feminicidios, etnocidios, genocides
and violence against youth.
3. To defend the territorialidad, autonomy,
self-determination, culture and identity of the Indigenous Towns.

towns)
4. To fight by Integral the Agrarian Reformation
with sort approach.
5. To defend the individual and collective labor and human
rights of workers and workers
6. To demand the participation and decision of the
women in the spaces, without exclusion of any nature
7. To fight by the Nourishing Sovereignty from our
Mesoamericanas cultures
8. To fight against the privatization of the
biodiversity, hydric resource, health and education
9. To reject any type and modality of megaproyecto
that attempts against the life as it is it the Plan Puebla Panama
10. To fight against the TLC of Central America
and Panama with the U.S.A. and European Union, to stop its
ratification before the congresses and assemblies of the Central
American countries

consumidores/as, ecological movements)
