Brothers and Sisters who attend this Premier
Encuentro de Autonomi'as.
Receive a brotherly greeting from territories of the
P’urhépecha Town, of the Community of San Pedro Ocumicho, where
like you we followed in the fight by our autonomy and the way that all
the Indian towns of Mexico we have undertaken.
Today we say to them that also our voice and our heart are united next to all those that are in this Encuentro, where we hoped leave ahead in the works that seted out.
Also we ratified the commitment that was had in XIV the Meeting of the Center-Pacific Region which I take I finish in this community of Ocumicho, where I am determined to the present support Encounter of Autonomies, besides to continue impelling the fight which they take to the brothers and sisters of Sul’jaá, Guerrero, of Banks of San Hipólito, the Caracol of Zirahuen, the brothers and sisters of the CIPO-RFM in Oaxaca, to construct the autonomy so and as this written in our supreme law, the Agreements of San Andrés.
