In relation to the aggression of the 24 of February of of a group of
paramilitary strongly armed to the indigenous community "
Lagunilla "Tlaxico district in Oaxaca whose result was the death of Eusebio Aparicio Garci'a and the serious wounds of Juan Aparicio Mendoza, both members of the CIPO-RFM I want to express my protest and my preoccupation by the systematic and reiterated violation whereupon the human rights in the zone are violated, and to support requests of the Popular Indigenous Council of Oaxaca - Ricardo Flores Magón (CIPO-RFM).
I solicit that the Governor of Oaxaca Jose Murat Casab and the Solicitor
General of Justice of the State of Oaxaca, Sergio Santibáñez takes
pertinent measures to avoid that the human rights are violated.
