CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNOR
OF THE OAXACA STATE

In relation to the aggression of the 24 of February of of a group of paramilitary
strongly armed to the indigenous community "the Lagunilla" Tlaxico district in Oaxaca
whose result was the death of Eusebio Aparicio Garci'a and the serious wounds of Juan
Aparicio Mendoza, both members of the CIPO-RFM I want to express my protest and my
preoccupation by the systematic and reiterated violation whereupon is violated the rights
humans in the zone, and to support requests of the Popular Indigenous Council of Oaxaca -
Ricardo Magón Flowers (CIPO-RFM).
I solicit that the Governor of Oaxaca Jose Murat Casab and the General Solicitor of Justice
from the State of Oaxaca, Sergio Santibáñez takes the pertinent measures to avoid that they are
violated the human rights.
