paramilitary to communities of the organization; 81 orders of
apprehension by crimes that we did not commit; 229 penal, civil
and mercantile processes against agremiados/as; 37 threats of
death to equal number of members; 27 assassinated and 263
lesionados/as of gravity and, one of its members, Raul Gatica, lives
hidden by the attempts of murder that has suffered, in addition in
Lagunilla and Morelos Yosonotu, San Isidro Aloapam and Sta. Ma.

16/octubre/03 in Sta. Ma. Yaviche killed to Bartholomew Rooms and hurt
of bullet to 9 men and women, Torch Farmer who 11/agosto/02
assassinated 2 children and hurt to 34 women in the Iyusion place, San
Isidro Aloapan and to those of Sta. Lucia 13/ Monteverde whom March
and 12/julio/04 they assassinated to 2 in Lagunilla and Yucunicuca
Yosonotu. 3. - Dismantling of paramilitary groups in
Oaxaca and all Mexico, and punishment to civil employees who protect
them: Jose Murat, Candido Coheto, Mauro Francisco Méndez,
Romualdo Pacheco, among others. 4. - Cease to the
repression against communities and members of the CIPO-RFM and
fulfillment of the recommendations by violation to our human rights:
CNDH/26/99, CEDH/15/2002 and CEDH/ 13/2004. 5. -
Solution to the agrarian conflict of San Isidro Aloapam, Sta.
Catarina Yosonotu, Guadalupe Chindua and Cacalotepec. 6. -
Guarantees for the life of Raul Gatica and threatened others of
death. 7. - General assembly, democratic elections and
respect to labor rights and retained socioeconómicas benefits for 2
years to democratic workers of the STSPEIDCEO. 8. -
Municipal Participation to San Isidro Aloapam, Guadalupe Chindua
and Plan de Zaragoza, as well as: water, light, schools,
doctors, attention and use to young people, old
