The communities that we integrated the Popular Indigenous Council of Oaxaca “Ricardo Magón” Flowers; CIPO-RFM, fulfilling the decisive one of date 5 of June of 2004 where the Commission of Pursuit of Indigenous the National Congress, CNI, us mandató to summon, to organize and to make National Encuentro of Autonomy to be celebrated in the community of Plan of Zaragoza, Nuyoo, Tlaxiaco, Oaxaca.

WE SUMMONED:
To all the communities of Mexico, communitarian authorities, social, civil organizations, of DH, productive, cultural, etc., and to all that person who has something to share with respect to the Autonomy, to participate before in the activities, during and after the encounter that was developed days 21 and 22 of August in Plan of Zaragoza, Nuyoo, Tlaxiaco, Oaxaca.

INTENTIONS:
To create an own space of the towns, communitarian communities, organizations and authorities to give to know the problems that we happened in the construction of the autonomy and to visualize strategies of solution from our experiences.
To have tools that help to understand us and to explain the processes that are developed to us in the construction of the autonomy, is documented, systematized and articulate of way concrete from the spaces in which each one participates.
To retake experiences on the forms, instruments, methodology and others that are allowing to construct and to exert the autonomy in the facts.
To define the concrete commitments and practical activities that each one of the participants will make to fortify the autonomic efforts that are made.
To share the specific learnings that each one has on the exercise of the autonomy, to form a vision to us, national and integral, of the different forms and ways that are happening in the construction of the same one.

METODOLOGIA.
We started off of which there are no problematic subjects but, for that reason single we explain of general way the form in which we thought to work and is the exhibition of the communities, the base to define the work groups. We will try that the event is participativo, dynamic and at any moment we will use plenary session and work groups under the following form:
- synthetic Exhibition, 10 minutes to the maximum, of problematic which this living each one in the construction of autonomy:
- Identification, integration and location of problematic work groups by specific according to the exposed thing.
- Reflection of the work groups on the learnings of each experience and, the concrete commitments of the participants on actions, mechanisms and instruments to fortify the processes and to define the agenda for the defense, construction and fortification of the autonomy
- To work in plenary the decisive ones of each one of the work groups.

INFORMATION TO ARRIVE At The COMMUNITY:
If it comes in bus and it happens to Mexico D.F.: arrive at the POWER STATION of buses I COVER and in the terminal of the SOUTH or Cristóbal Columbus, it buys ticket to Tlaxiaco. Once in Tlaxiaco, it arrives at the terminal from suburban TLAXIACO MOTOR TRANSPORTS, that this in the exit to Oaxaca, where there are light trucks suburban that they took it until the community.
If it comes from another side, it arrives at Oaxaca and of to the terminal of MOTOR TRANSPORTS OF TLAXIACO, located in the Street of Valerio Trujano suburban there # 505, center, tel: 51-64030 where there will be direct transport to the community of Plan of Zaragoza.

If it comes in own car and it passs by the DF. Take the Mexico-Oaxaca superhighway. 62 km. Before arriving at Oaxaca, this the exit to Nochixtlan, leaves the super highway and takes the federal highway course to Tlaxiaco. Approximately to 30 minutes of Nochixtlan it found the deviation final to Tlaxiaco, with National the Pinotepa indication. Take that route until arriving at Tlaxiaco. Once in Tlaxiaco, it arrives at the terminal of motor transports of Tlaxiaco, but known as the terminal of suburban from the exit to Oaxaca.
