THE CELEBRATION IS OF TOD@S
17 of November of 1997, a group of soñadores by
own will we decided to form the Popular Indigenous Council of Oaxaca
“Ricardo Magón” Flowers; CIPO-RFM, since then until
today the soñadores continue acting each one in their spaces.
Although it is certain that the CIPO-RFM is not today what was
nor what will be, with the effort of many, adding successes and errors
we have constructed an own face.
Our 7º anniversary has individual importance, because
we arrived at with many challenges, with the violence campaign and
repression more brutal than we have suffered in our small history.
It arrives in the middle of a sincere revision from us who
without a doubt will have like result the exact location of our
capacities, will orient the course and will allow to find tracks of
how to repay the damage, if there is, with those who calls to each
other offended by us, by our pride and style, our way to make the
things and to understand the world.
This anniversary is the beginning of another stage. The
one of the effort to identify the forms in which the powerful ones
have faced to us and obtained that we see ourselves between single us
removing the teeth to us, because the true enemy has known to take
advantage of our human faults and emotions, applying for it among
others the following measures:
a) To use the selective violence in different levels,
penitentiary, psychological, administrative, financial, legal physics,
etc.
b) Difamar, to slander, to offend, to insult and to debilitate
with means of information and other structures of the state.
c) Avivar, to magnify and to fortify the differences,
ideological, personal, of style, etc., that exist between us
d) Aislar to those who it is to him more difficult to
manipulate or to prevent that they have a critical attitude towards
projects and official policies.
e) To foment the distrust from leaking, commenting or to
make arrive deception, rumors and commentaries that mine the
confidence.
f) Ofrecer and to give money, prebendas, canonries,
g) Favorecer the interlocution and management with and
closing it with others
h) Otorgar positions in the public administration
i) Negociar private agendas separately, to even offer
solution to the subjects more complicated than has each one, although
later it does not fulfill
j) Usar to our near contacts and known to make us stop
on unitary attempts because “nadie is confiable”,
all we are this or the other.
k) Amenazar publishing “favores” or
“beneficios individuales” that they hurt and they
hurt the prestige or personal trajectory and of organization.
We who we have suffered some of these measures thought and
designed to control nonsingle the indigenous movement, but to all,
thought that to coexist, to laugh, to dance, to sing, to share the
food and the joy to be alive and fighting, they are the arms that can
overcome the distance that have been fomented between us and
reconstitute to the treatment of brotherhood and brotherhood.
And as the CIPO-RFM recognizes that to have survived grown and
to be fighting without losing the dignity during these 7 years it is
thanks to the contribution of many.
WE HAVE the TASTE TO INVITE IT TO PARTICIPATE IN the
ACTIVIDADADES Of the ANNIVERSARY, that representing of the communities
we will do from the 17 to the 21 of November of the 2004, as well as
to the great communitarian coexistence with nosotros/as, day 20 of
November from the 4 of afternoon, in the socle of the city of Oaxaca,
in front of government palace, where it follows our protest to demand
the freedom of our prisoners: Dolores Villalobos Cuamatzi, Daisy
Garci'a Garci'a, Gumaro Lopez Alavez, Jose Cross Cruz and Habacuc
Cross Cross. She will have eaten, she dances, music, dance,
theater, and of course, the greetings that you can take or command.
Without a doubt it is hour to make a count of ours act, evaluate
our attitude, our practice. To measure the acts that have
allowed us to survive the insults and calumnies, to the institutional
violence, the death and the pain. To review that practical they
have failed when trying to walk by our own step, but this does not
take control of words, but with concrete actions. This
invitation like a part on this attempt goes.
