I have the affability to direct me to you in name of the Inter-American Commission of Human rights with the intention of referring me to its communication of the 19 of September of 2004, by means of which they ask for measures you will prevent in Raul Javier Gatica please Baptist and others. Maria Yaviche and the Eusebios Chávez Soriano of San Isidro Aloapan, who would have disappeared the 18 of September of 2004 as a result of the police action that took place in front of the government palace of the State of Oaxaca.
