Evacuation with violence, arbitrary halting and
it tortures against Members of CIPO RFM
Approximately to the 6:13 of the day of today 14
September of the 2004, police of the special forces of the government
of the state, UPOE, Preventive, Tourist, Judicial Police of the state,
Federal Agency of Investigations, uniformed and dressed civilian, in
an amount superior to 200 elements in each place directed by the
lieutenant Saline Jose Side, using toletes, tear gases, deafening
pumps and water pipes, without warning evacuated us of the long waits
that a hundred of members of the CIPO-RFM we had in front of the
Palace of government and in front of the temple of Santo Domingo in
the city of Oaxaca from the 20 of April of the 2004. This is the

Go'mez (17 Years), Hipólito Rodriguez Soriano, Jose Cross Cross, Abel
Ramirez Ramirez, Guadalupe Garci'a Garci'a, Mauro Garci'a Garci'a.
The first five integral members of the organizing meeting of the
CIPO-RFM and the other members of the advice of the communities and
workers of the union of the 3 powers. All the companions are

Secretary General of government, Rogelio Chagoya solicitor of justice
of the state, Jose Manuel Side Saline Secretary of Citizen Protection,
he candidate to elect governor by Ulises fraud Ruiz Ortiz, who is the
greater beneficiary of the violence and repression to prevail like
"governor".
